Before processing, every incoming order received by Everfeet Orthotics undergoes inspection and evaluation for cast quality, proper markings, and completion of all required data entries on the prescription. In the event that an order does not meet our standards, we will contact you to discuss the issue before any work begins on the device.

We have introduced an expedited Rush Service for those instances when you require an order to be manufactured with the utmost urgency. This service is ideal for VIP patients, patients who will soon be leaving your locality, or for any patient who desires their orthotics immediately. Rush Service is available on business days with the following options and fees:
Please be aware that all orders for 1 Day Service must arrive at our facility by 9:00 am to be eligible. It is imperative that customers inform us in advance of their need for Rush Services prior to receiving their order. Without prior notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of this service.
As custom fabrication requires significant time and materials, we kindly request that any order cancellation requests be submitted within 24 hours of order submission to avoid any lab or service fees. In cases where an order is cancelled later in the production process, the amount charged will be dependent on the progress made on the order at the time of cancellation.
We regret to inform you that Everfeet Orthotics does not provide credit for returned devices, as each device is custom-made and cannot be resold or recycled. However, we are committed to ensuring patient satisfaction and will work closely with you to address any concerns your patient may have. Our team is dedicated to finding a solution that meets your patient's needs and ensures their long-term comfort and well-being.

For a period of three months after receiving the device, we are committed to making unlimited adjustments to the orthotics contours and casting to ensure the best possible outcomes for the patient. We are available throughout this period to collaborate with you in achieving successful results. To facilitate the adjustment process, we request that you provide specific adjustment instructions when sending us the device, and we encourage you to mark the necessary changes. Please note that any additional requests or accommodations made after the processing of the original prescription will incur charges based on Everfeet Orthotics current price list. We are fully dedicated to working with you to achieve patient satisfaction with the device during this three-month window.
The Protection Plan from Everfeet Orthotics provides patients with affordable, renewable two-year coverage plans that extend the guarantee and adjustment periods for devices. Depending on the chosen plan, patients can benefit from coverage during the two-year policy period for adjustments, repairs, or replacement of outgrown, lost, or irreparably damaged devices.
The physician is solely responsible for casting and examining the patient, and therapeutic results are not the responsibility of Everfeet Orthotics. Any intentional damage, gross alterations, or extreme handling of devices are not covered under any Everfeet Orthotics warranties or guarantees. Everfeet Orthotics is not responsible for patient tolerance or for instances where the patient fails to pick up their orthoses from the physician's office. If any work has been performed on a device by a party other than Everfeet Orthotics, the warranty and guarantee are void. Guarantee periods begin on the shipping date from the lab, not the date of delivery to the patient.
For patients: Payment is due at the time of service. No refunds for orthotic devices, consultations or encounters are permitted under any circumstances.
For Physician: A billing cycle consists of one calendar month. All orders received within a billing cycle are accounted for within that billing cycle. Full payment of invoice is due by the end of the month of each billing cycle. If payment is not received within 10 days of billing cycle’s closing, the Account Credit Card on file will be charged the full amount for due invoice. For your convenience, email invoices are sent out within 10 days of each billing cycle’s closing. By sending prescription orders to Everfeet Orthotics, Inc. you agree to the Payment Policy. Refund Policy: No refunds are provided under any circumstance. Chargeback fees: A $150.00 fee will be charged for each dispute or chargeback filed with the merchant bank.
